We also understand that every step in the process of booking a sailing holiday is important – from the first contact when you make an inquiry and book, planning your sailing holiday, the check-in, the maintenance of our yachts, 24/7 support during your sailing holiday, the professionalism of our skippers to the final moment when you check-out. Dubravko Budak – is the owner and CEO of World Yachting. He is a passionate sailor and has more than a decade’s worth of experience in charter and marina management, including managing and organising team buildings, regattas and various events. He has experience preparing boats for the Caribbean season, managed a Salona Yacht fleet, and was the dealer for Jeanneau boats in Serbia and Montenegro. In every management position, he always managed to increase the marina’s fleet and reputation. Everywhere Dubravko worked, he made improvements on systems and service, the guest experience always being at the forefront of his mind. Dubravko held a dream for many years of opening his own charter agency, and in 2021 this dream becomes a reality with the launch of World Yachting Charter.

Laura Šerić

Laura has long held a passion for tourism; she completed marketing and tourism management in economics and later worked in tourism to put her knowledge into practice.

Laura worked in a travel agency in the sales and marketing department, and eventually, she got the job she most desired – working in a yacht charter agency.

It was an easy choice for Laura to join the team; Laura joins as the Head Booking Manager of World Yachting Charter.

Frane Dodig

Started working in the charter industry in 2013 as a mechanic technician. Later he trained in all technical branches of charter, electricity and plastics.

Frane also has excellent communication with guests for check-in / check-out. Frane is another lover of sailing and all things related to the sea, and he recently got his full certification for diving.

Frane joins World Yachting as the Technical Team Leader.

Petar Lovrić 

Since 2011, Petar has worked at the Marine Nautical Service for ship maintenance, where he developed his knowledge and passion for ship maintenance.

In 2016, he took this knowledge to the charter industry. Over the years, Petar has perfected his knowledge of ships which helps him maintain the yachts in our fleet and problem-shoot any technical issues that can arise in charter.

Petar also developed excellent communication skills with guests, his professional yet friendly and calm demeanour helps everyone feel relaxed.

Darijo Filipović – Dario is the youngest member of our team and works as a marine mechanic on vessel maintenance. Dario has years of experience in the charter industry, and his passion and enthusiasm were an instant fit for World Yachting Charter.

Anita Županović – Anita has more than 10 years of experience in the charter industry. Anita is meticulous, hardworking, understands every corner of the yacht and requests of our guests. Anita is always ready to go above and beyond to satisfy our guests.

Skippers – all skippers we work with are trained by us because we are very strict about the level of service we wish to provide to our customers. Hiring a yacht with a skipper is one of the many services we offer and our clients can trust that we only work with the best.
